PROSPECTIVE MARRIAGE (Subclass 300)

If you are intending to marry Australian citizen or eligible New Zealand citizen you can apply under subclass 300 for allowing to come to Australia and marry your prospective partner. STUDENT DEPENDENT VISA

Subclass 155 – Five years/One-year Travel Facility

This subclass allows permanent residents to apply RRV visa on the condition of physically present in Australia for minimum 2 rears out of the last 5 years as a permanent resident of Australia.
